Professional Consulting

It’s not a surprise that users will get frustrated with software that doesn’t help them. All too often software implementation projects are just that – focused on the implementation of the software and not the user experience. Undoubtedly, packaged software and their associated deployments are based on requirements. Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Hire to Retire and Supply Chain processes are common solutions, built over many years of research and best practices, we find in packaged software. Most offer a tremendous amount of functionality and flexibility to meet their customer specific requirements and the implementation of this software represents a significant investment of their clients.

We have found that many businesses, who were not yet satisfied with their implementation of packaged software or felt that it was meeting their goals, were not ready to start over on a new version or re-implement. In fact, many were prioritizing change management and training programs designed to accommodate the gaps and limitations of the software. Common symptoms included low user adoption rates, increased support activities, decreased organizational effectiveness of departments responsible for the software and little to no realized gain as compared to the investment that was made. We can change that!

Our consulting expertise comes from years of experience, within a variety of industry, working with companies and their users. By prioritizing the user experience, we help our clients get more from their investment. We measure success after a design or implementation project “goes live” and consider user feedback an excellent mechanism.
